I offer a safe and empathetic space for individuals to address emotional challenges, helping you to find strength and connection. We'll work towards self-awareness and the creation of connections that truly matter by welcoming what is alive in you now.

I'm here to provide support and to help you rebuild meaningful connections with others while nurturing a deeper connection with yourself.

We will work together to hear what your body is trying to say.

  • I´m mourning a loss or a breakup.

Mourning can be an incredibly isolating experience. Together, we'll navigate the grieving process, helping you find the strength to move forward while honouring your loss.

  • I´m feeling guilty, ashamed, inadequate.

The weight of guilt can be paralysing. We will address the roots of these emotions and open doors for fresh air.

  • I´m in a difficult decision-making process.

Feeling torn, stuck in a never ending stream of thoughts and indecision? We'll work together to clarify your values and priorities, empowering you to make decisions that align with your authentic self. Only a convinced 'yes' is real 'yes'.

  • I´m in a difficult relationship with a family member, with a friend, or at work.

Together, we can work towards deep connections, even in disagreement!

  • I´m tired of doing things because others expect me to do so.

Expectations from society, family, or yourself can create a heavy burden. We'll explore ways to find a balance that empowers you to live life on your own terms and tame your inner critic.

  • I need help with a painful conversation.

Difficult conversations with family members, neighbours, colleagues, friends, etc, can be draining. We'll delve into heartfelt communication practices to help you build stronger connections with those around you.

  • I want to feel that I am enough.

Through our work together, we will embark on an exploration of your connections and, most importantly, your personal narrative of the self, discovering the stories you tell yourself and learning how to talk compassionately.

  • I am super angry.

  • How to create safety for myself and still feel really connected to others?

We will explore ways to create safety for yourself while fostering meaningful connections with others.​​

​

  • The fee for individual sessions is 70€ per hour (or equivalent in $ or £).

  • Online or on location. 

  • After our first session, we decide how (if) to go on. I suggest at least 3 sessions so that you can start noticing changes.
